Addon Police car, sirens and lights not working

Hi, I’m trying to import this Police Scout : Unmarked Vapid Police Cruiser Utility (Scout) [Add-on] [Custom Soundbank] - GTA5-Mods.com , but when I spawn it, it has a classic car horn and lights are not working. Thanks if someone can help, i’ve already search here but solutions does not work for me.

Open the vehicles.meta and go to the <flags> section. Can you see these 2 flags?
FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE
If not, put them and see if it works. Make sure the flags are separated by one space.

I have these two flags in my vehicles.meta but it does not work.

Make sure it’s in the emergency vehicle class, and try changing the audio hash to another police vehicle.
<audioNameHash>police3</audioNameHash>
