Addon Ped does not work

Legit or Pirate copy? legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Win 7 Professional 64 bit
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? No, only find a cache folder full of folders wich contain .rpf files

What did you do to get this issue? trying to add addon-ped to server
What server did you get this issue on? my own, hosted by zap.hosting.com

I wanted to add an addon-ped onto my server, I followed this guide. I believe i’ve done everything the way it is described, but i get this message when trying to join my server.
here you see the structure of my asset folder
