Addon Cars Not Showing

I have tried deleting both GTA and FiveM but nothing has worked to get my addon cars in servers to show up as they used to show up and now they have stopped showing but my FiveM works perfectly fine

Environment questions

GTA V version: yes
Up to date: yes
Legit or Pirate copy: legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: steam
Windows version: windows 11
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? yes
System specifications: They are all more then good enough to run this game and servers
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): all checked
logs/CitizenFX_log files: all checked
.dmp files/report IDs: all checked

If you can’t start the game at all# i can start it and it works fine just the addon car issue

GTA V folder screenshot: i can provide if need
GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks screenshot: i can provide if need
Filepath to FiveM folder: Yes directed to the GTA.exe through steamapps common etc
FiveM client folder screenshot: i can provide if need
Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? I dont have one that stops FiveM
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

I had logged onto FiveM the night before worked fine tried again in the morning and it didnt work but i have been trying for months
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
All of them i have tried many servers
