Dear FiveM Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that affects many players from Ukraine. Currently, the Ukrainian letters “і” and “ї” appear as squares in the in-game chat, which significantly hampers communication and detracts from the overall gaming experience for Ukrainian-speaking users.

Including the Ukrainian letter “і” in the game’s font support would greatly improve the usability of the chat feature for Ukrainian players. This change would not only enhance communication but also demonstrate FiveM’s commitment to inclusivity and support for its diverse player base.

This kind of thing falls on the server owners to solve. R* fonts that are in-game don’t support most non-English characters, and that’s why streaming custom fonts is a thing. So, unless you want to wait about a year for a response from someone on the Cfx team for this request just for them to say something in the sense of what I said, I’d recommend talking to the server owners of the servers you play on to solve this for you.
