how can i add armor for windows of vehicle(cars) and modify it
like cars of prisoner carrieng

go into the vehicles.meta and add FLAG_HAS_BULLETPROOF_GLASS in the flags. Its not 100% bullet proof, but requires additional rounds to go through the glass.

You can also make a resource with SetDisableVehicleWindowCollisions for this specific vehicle.
