What is the issue you’re having?
Hello, my account gets disconnected every 10 minutes (or instantly) with the error “Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM”.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have already uninstalled duplicated GTA V versions, cleared all local cache (DigitalEntitlements, CitizenFX), changed network/IPs, and left the game completely closed for over 18 hours, but the backend still holds a zombie session.
My latest Error IDs from the pop-up are:au_eplxhkzjt4tc2_yuyu4_n1kly4r26qw51_kz4u4 au_5tvly4r26qw51_3zwv4_gpmly4r26qw51_1tnu4Could you please clear/purge the active session lock linked to my Rockstar License / Cfx account? Thanks!
