Account session stuck / "Your account is already being used" error

What is the issue you’re having?

Hello, my account gets disconnected every 10 minutes (or instantly) with the error “Your account is already being used to play on FiveM or RedM”.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I have already uninstalled duplicated GTA V versions, cleared all local cache (DigitalEntitlements, CitizenFX), changed network/IPs, and left the game completely closed for over 18 hours, but the backend still holds a zombie session.

My latest Error IDs from the pop-up are:au_eplxhkzjt4tc2_yuyu4_n1kly4r26qw51_kz4u4 au_5tvly4r26qw51_3zwv4_gpmly4r26qw51_1tnu4Could you please clear/purge the active session lock linked to my Rockstar License / Cfx account? Thanks!

Hey, did you manage to fix it? I had this exact same problem for over a year and tried absolutely everything to resolve it. I did everything you mentioned. I even bought GTA again but nothing worked, lol. I even contacted Rockstar support, but they said they couldn’t help me. Then I contacted CFX support, and they literally said they were aware of the error but didn’t have a solution. Recently, I decided to format my PC and switch from Windows 11 to Windows 10 because I preferred the latter (Windows 11 had some bugs that bothered me). I decided to try launching FiveM, and the error was gone; now I can play again after a whole year. I can’t say for sure if it was fixed because of the switch from Windows 11 to 10 or simply because I formatted my PC, but that’s what I did.
