What is the issue you’re having?
I Have Lag Spikes Every 15 seconds, i get the “A call into the windows API took to long recently and led to a stutter” Message and my CPU Usage Goes to 100%, GPU Goes to 10-15% and 15 fps during these lag spikes!
What are you trying to do?
I Just Play. With these Lag Spikes the game becomes unplayable. It Affects Audio, And its impossible to drive, even WALK!
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I Partialy fixed thee issue, i disabled the intel hd graphics in the device manager and the lag stops. After 10 Minutes it comes back even worse. (I Did Change The FiveM And GTA V Graphics card to the NVIDIA)

What did you do to get this issue?
I Just Installed FiveM and started playing, i don’t have these issues in gta online or story mode.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
Mad Drift and Multiple Portuguese RP servers. But i don’t think its server side since i get these problems on the menu screen.
