Tired of basic teleports with blips? 5Z-Teleports offers an advanced prop-based teleportation system packed with customizable features, including lock types (code, job, and more) and much more!
From a player’s point of view, this may seem simple. And from watching the video used to demonstrate part of the script, it may seem even simpler.
I personally spent quite a bit of time on this to make it as optimized and secure as possible. My main concern was to add some realism to the teleportation, I added a lot of features and made several of them configurable. This is the first script I have published. However, I plan to maintain and improve it in the future, this is definitely not the final version.
Without talking down on your work or effort you provided to make this resource, which is indeed in my opinion a cool idea to try to implement a realistic factor into the teleporting-stuff, I still have to say, that this resource is not worth being sold at all.
You may now wonder why I am coming to this conclusion, well:
There are a lot of free alternatives to your script, which are pretty much the same, if not even more advanced in some aspects
Also if it‘s your first release on this forum it does not make it automatically pay-worthy
To be honest, the additions you made (compared to a simple teleport script) are not really difficult to make.
As I said, I do not want to attack you in any way - I think you did a great job on this and keep going, learning and growing. But it‘s not worth to pay the money for the product you are offering (IMO).
Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
I totally get that there are free alternatives out there, and some may even offer more advanced features in certain areas. But with 5z-teleports, the idea was to create something unique with a focus on customization and making it easy to set up. What really sets this script apart is the level of flexibility and the support that comes with it. For example, features like the lock system (using codes, jobs, etc.) are aimed at people who want more than just a simple teleport, but also a bit of immersion and control over how it works in their server.
As for this being my first release, I believe that effort and innovation should be valued, whether it’s the first or the hundredth. I’ve put a lot of work into making sure the script is optimized and user-friendly for different setups.
And about the additions - sure, they might not seem super complicated to everyone, but having all these features in one package, with ongoing support and updates, can save a lot of time for people who don’t want to script it all from scratch…
Again, I totally respect your opinion, and I’m always open to feedback.
