Good job, possible to have a script for lock a vehicle on the bed ?

that would be one of the widely available towing scripts

Yes, as per what I said you can find it widely available and I do not have a link but I think Theebu makes one.

Its a good truck. Only issue i see with it is the frame sticks thru the bed when down,.
Other then that good truck over all.

it also has issue with using that widely know tow script
as your bed it not set as what ever bone the script uses i guess.
This is the bone the script uses
local boneIndex = GetEntityBoneIndexByName(vehicleHandle, “misc_z”)

AttachEntityToEntity(targetVehicle, lastFlatbed, GetEntityBoneIndexByName(lastFlatbed, ‘scoop’), 0.0, 0.0, 0.0 + 20.25, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 0, 1, 0, 1)

GetEntityBoneIndexByName(vehicleHandle, ‘scoop’)

Review:

you must be running the newer copy of TBU scrip. His newer stuff is encrypted and i wont be losing control of a script thats paid for.
Or your just running your own thing.

He said Theebu im running Theebu and its not working with it. That is my point…

http://theebu.net/ He has one of the best rolling tow script and very helpful if need support

You need to adjust the area in the script that the vehicle sits

I went and made some edits to the script as the bones his older script uses vs his newer script uses are different. Now it checked the truck and uses bone*config per truck so i can use more then just the basic trucks his script was set for.

Use the bone misc_a instead  (Ik know I might be late but hey just for anyone else looking for it)

UPDATE: I plan on updating the Flatbed, when testing I noticed the “Flying Scuff” with the truck this is due cause to the chassis on the back clipping. I will cut it and also put more equipment in the vehicle as well as a livery and a different style of lighting.

Do some more old flatbeds. Like some old school ones. Everyone is always doing new trucks.

If I can find some shoot them my way if you do!

Ill dm ya so i dont spam this topic

is there a specific way to set the vehicle up in zmodeler? I have a truck base i would love to turn into a tow truck and have modeled a flatbed just not sure how or what i need to do in zmod to make this work.

I don’t teach zmodler, just make sure that the car in unlocked. I would recommend go onto youtube and watching there on how to do it.
