This mod works, i spent five days trying to figure out how to get my emergency lights to be brighter, and here is how to do so…
Download: Jarrrk/FiveM-VisualSettings: (github.com) (you need the files from this mod to stream the visual settings)
and
[Custom Visuals - GTA5-Mods.com] (Custom Visuals - GTA5-Mods.com)
From the mod (Custom Visuals) choose (carcols.meta) from (ELS-style custom lighting) folder and put the (carcols.meta) from (Custom Visuals) into every Car/Car packs from your choosing, and then take the “visualsettings.dat” from the (Bright) or (Brighter) folder from (Custom Visuals) and replace it with the one thats already in the (visual setting) mod. (from the first download link)
insert: the (visual settings) into your resources and start it from config!

i do not recommend using just (visual settings) from Jarrrk. Because his “visualsettings.dat” makes your lights change colors on your addons vehicles, ive only used this with NON ELS
