You can drop URLs into the FiveM Welcome Screen

Dragging any URL (like a forum hyperlink or similar) into the FiveM game window will cause that URL to be opened in the FiveM window.
You can still access the console and connect to servers via it, but the website never disappears.

I’ll also add that opening any image (probably any url) that opens in a new tab or popup will appear in a new window, and all control of the original game window is lost.
