Xml not loading properly

i try to load an xml file but things arnt loading in ive tryed this with ymaps on my fx server and with xml files on map editor but i cant seem to get it working

GTA V version? newest
Up to date? yes
Legit or Pirate copy? legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? steam
Windows version? 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes

What did you do to get this issue? try to load a xml file

then you need to finde the probs and stream them
