Won't pass "Downloading Content" when joining servers

Hello there ive gotten this issue with my FiveM and ive been trying to fix it for the past couple months and have tried everything and no luck so i came to this fourm to see if i can get an answer.
So every time i try to join a server it just comes up “Handshaking with server” “Downloading content” and then nothing it stays at downloading content forever ive left it over night still the same no luck and then i looked in the console and saw this FiveM%2009_06_2019%2017_53_13|690x388


all of those errors were just repeating constantly no change just that

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling FiveM GTAV, Deleting caches for gta and FiveM (more then 7 times)

Looks like a network problem, disable any antivirus or network filtering software… if still doesn’t work try with a vpn like http://hide.me

Tried that but it didnt work its the same no difference
