Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No.

Also add what you already tried so far.

Have you ever played FiveM before?

You are suffering from an issue with CEF (Chromium) which displays the FiveM menu. This is due to AMD Drivers in combination with AMD mobile graphics cards.

As of right now, there is no solution to your issue.

Unfortunately mobile GPUs don’t go well together with CEF.

You could try playing with your integrated graphics, if your CPU has one.
