I have tried deleting my cache as well as reinstalled FiveM with no graphics. as well as reinstalled GTA V.

Hello @dracuslayer, I’ve noticed you do not have a clean install of GTAV nor FiveM! Please try uninstalling and reinstalling both!

Note: Make sure you delete any remaining files after uninstalling both programs, there may be some remaining!

ELS, AdvancedHook, and anything inside your Plugins folder (inside your FiveM Application Data) should not be there!
