[WIP / Feedback] Building Next-Gen RP Chat + Staff Moderation Suite

Hey everyone :waving_hand:

I’m currently building a new FiveM chat resource and wanted to share the concept early to get real feedback from server owners, devs, and moderation teams.

This is not “just another chat redesign.”
The goal is to build a performance-friendly RP chat system + practical staff moderation workflow in one package.

What I’m building

RP Chat Core

  • Proximity channels (/w, /s, /y, /sh)
  • RP commands (/me, /do, /try)
  • PM/reply, staff channels, ads/anon/tw/report flow
  • Language system + RP status bubbles
  • AFK-aware RP status behavior
  • Config-driven commands (name + description in one place)

Staff / Moderation Side

  • Admin log panel
  • Live message stream mode
  • Advanced filters (channel, keyword, timeframe)
  • Saved filter presets
  • Player investigation drawer (context + quick actions)
  • Mute/smute/unmute audit trail

Why I’m posting now

I want to shape the final version around real server pain points before locking MVP scope.

If you run a server, your feedback here is way more valuable than assumptions.

Feedback I need (short + honest)

  1. Should chat + moderation stay bundled in one resource, or be split?
  2. What 2-3 moderation tools are non-negotiable for your staff?
  3. Preferred direction: minimalist UI vs premium/futuristic UI?
  4. What client resmon range do you consider acceptable for this feature set?

If there’s interest, I’ll post:

  • benchmark captures
  • preview clips/screens
  • roadmap milestones
  • public test build timeline

Appreciate any constructive feedback :folded_hands:
