I don’t think the template with questions is needed. I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 to get rid of the crashes and it works…however, w10 doesn’t seem to run great on my computer and i will have to either go back to 7 or get 8.1. Is windows 8.1 supported or is it the same as windows 7?

did you update all your drivers when you updated to 10? because windows 8 wont be much different in terms of how its going to run.
It’s just the same as windows 7. Crashes in fullscreen, crashes when starting and more crashes.
