Windows 8.1 Problem

Hello, can you help me with a problem, when I started the game and I got an error that it wants to be with windows 10, but when I pressed ok everything went well but when I start the launcher it happens to me. This error occurred to me when I started installing the launcher.

And also servers don’t load and I can’t do anything, but I hear the music from the menu and discord status is working.

Here it says at least that it’s for 8.1 why I can’t. I reinstalled the game at least 3 times and it still doesn’t work, everything is updated on the latest version and the game and launcher and still does not work.

Can anyone help me with this problem i have this problem for 2 weeks what to do. I will now answer the questions.

Environment questions

**GTA V version:Latest
**Up to date:Yes
**Legit or Pirate copy:Legit
**Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic:Rockstar Games Only
**Windows version:Windows 8.1 Pro
**Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again?Don’t know where to find it
**System specifications:Intel Core i5, 2.20 GHz with 2 cores and Nvidia Geforce 920M Laptop

If you can’t start the game at all

**GTA V folder screenshot:I have not put any mods for graphics, cars, skins, weapons, nothing, everything is normal and original
**GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks screenshot:I have them all until the last update and all dlcpacks
**FiveM client folder screenshot:I have not touched anything on the client, everything is as it should be installed
**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?Windows Defender
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?Yes, i tried anti-virus turned off, but it still doesn’t work

I try all sorts of options, but I still can’t. I even tried to start the game with administrator rights, but still nothing.
I just reinstalled it and it gave me the same error:

Wich version of windows 8.1 are you using? Wich build.

6.3.9600 latest build and updates.

Well i guess it should work if it is the latest version and build. Maybe you could try install w10 /11 and uninstall al the bloatware.

I also reinstalled windows, but the game still does not work and it should work for 8.1, because I had watched a video, where there was a man, who a start launcher on windows 7. because when I was windows 10 a year ago I had a lot of problems with it and my games lagged.

Yes but windows has a lot of bloatware wich slows down you pc. You have uninstallers for this.

Yes, i know it i did it at windows 10, when i had it and my games lagged again, so i switched to windows 8.1 because windows 7 is already stopped it support and not working.
