Open command prompt (CMD) as administrator (cmd.exe) right click -> run as administrator and send me the file generated, it will be saved in your C:\ drive. This will list running services and processes.
Run this command when cmd prompt shows.
tasklist/svc>c:\proclist.txt
It generated the proclist.txt but i can’t send it cause its a txt file
