When launching the game the Windows 10 prompt pops up, Ok is hit and it will attempt to launch it. Usually it will pop up with a “could not open appdata/citizenfx/ros_id.dat for writing” it will repeat that without launching until the .exe is closed. In 1/10 tries the game will launch but when a server is clicked the game will display 3 dots as if loading something and will remain like that indefinitely
