Winch/ Tow Chain/ Towing any vehicle to vehicle script in FiveM?

So basically, I want to know any possible script to tow any car/vehicle with another car/vehicle kind of Winch Mod of Single Player (Working Winch for all vehicles - GTA5-Mods.com). Any possible way ?
