Win32 error 2 when updating FiveM

System specifications i5-4460 3.20GHz / 8GB RAM

Hi
I decided to remove FiveM.After downloading FiveM.app, the game open and the game send me an error (Win32 error 2 was encountered when updating FiveM (copying game executable)).
Then the game create a new folder with CitizenFX.exe.new.When i launch the CitizenFX.exe the game launch normally but when im in the main menu i can’t move the cursor and im not connected with steam.

I had this issue for a while, all I did was repair all my Microsoft Redist Packages, and disable my anti-virus, also move my FiveM folder to my secondary hardrive. seemed to work.

Now i’m receiving a different error.
