I reinstall FiveM 2 times and still the same and this showed up on my folder

I had this problem and just fixed it.
Its because Comodo is putting files in containment and trying to force them to run in the virtual sandbox.

In Comodo click on settings > Containment > Auto Containment
Then click add to add an exception, in the dropdown menu change the action from Run Virtually to Ignore then click edit. Click browse to add the folder where the FiveM application is and click OK when you are done.

Working fine for me now.
