[Win. 8] How do I get rid of this message?

I am on windows 8, and every time I load up, it shows this message

It’s a little annoying, but there’s not a way to get rid of it.

You can get rid of it by upgrading to Windows 10

So no other way, I can’t go to 10 because my Graphics card doesn’t work properly.
