No Home Page Color Screen... Still a Thing

So this use to not be a problem. And now it is a problem for a lot of people most of the time. I get this across two computers at least every third restart. No home page. No UI. Just GTA background behind color. At some point about two months ago you all created this error. But unlike most errors you create, this one is still here. Can’t be solved in Nvidia panel. It was never a thing before, until it was always a thing now. Not a feature… a bug. I suspect it it caused by client startup timers,…
