Dont matter if it was on your own server or not, the moment you inject into the client it will get detected by the clients anti cheat.

If you where globally banned its 14 days.
FiveM does not do permanent bans. “at least non that i have seen”.
Maybe post a screenshot of what it says.
Then it’s not a FiveM ban.
the anti-cheat will likely have a SQL table with your details in it.
fine the table delete your details and restart
It says “expire in 11 days” though not perma
