why ESX cant save localtion when im quit game?

You don’t have default esx_scripts: GitHub - zap-fivem/esx and [Release] EssentialMode base
And you don’t have database setup corectly. For example if you use local host, install XAMPP Installers and Downloads for Apache Friends
