I want to delete it because i want to reinstall again

An issue that happens with all files that are being deleted is if it is open it won’t delete. Try and close the application, you may have to open Task Manager to do so and look for it in background apps. If you can’t find any proof of it being open still I suggest restarting your computer and then try to delete the application. If none of this works I don’t know how to help you.
