When i try and load into servers i get stuck on into screen

GTA V version: Newset One
Up to date: Yes
Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Stean
Windows version: Yes
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? No i dont know how to do this
System specifications: I7 intel core, 1060 gpu
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): It doesnt crash just never loads

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

What is the issue you’re having? I cannot get into servers

What are you trying to do? Im trying to load into servers and its getting stuck

What have you tried already to fix the issue? I have uninstalled and repaired and unplugged my internet resarted my computer 20 times.

What did you do to get this issue? I dunno just happened one day

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
The only server i get on is ALT F4 RP
