When i tried to run FiveM.exe it took forever to work and now says could not load citizengame.dll

GTA V version?- not sure, steam says up to date
Up to date? -yes
Legit or Pirate copy?- legit
Steam/CD/Social Club?- steam
Windows version?- not sure but I checked and it says up to date
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?- I can’t even download the game so no

What did you do to get this issue? tried to reinstall FiveM after fiveM not working

.dmp files/report IDs still cant install the game

**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**yea

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried literally everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, i have 2015 visual studio x64 and 86, i dont know of anything else, also gta 5 works perfectly fine
