When I startup fivem no menu

I j ust installed gta v so idk what could be the problem

**Up to date?**Yes, just installed it
**Legit or Pirate copy?**Legit
**Steam/CD/Social Club?**Steam
**Windows version?**10 :>
**Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?**No. I just installed it.
**Error screenshot (if any)**No error, just no main menu.
System specifications Geforce, idk. A good pc. I can run the game 60 fps on max if that helps.
What did you do to get this issue? Start the game xD
**What server did you get this issue on?**None, couldn’t get to one. No main menu.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Completely delete five m and reinstall. Same problem
