What did you do to get this issue? I don’t know, I just reinstalled my Windows and it happened

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Defender nothing else
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

Also, add what you already tried so far. - Nothing so I don’t break my game even more

Are you having this issue with one car or all cars? Do you encounter this problem spawning custom cars or the default GTA ones?
