When I log in the game does not work
there are no errors and everything is right
and I try to do a format to the wind but still the same problem
anybody has the same problem or I’m the only one?

Yes, I have the original CD v from rockstar(social club), not steam

the problem is solved by @hydrogen#4047 
from discord support 
and the problem was AD Muncher (Adblock) is blocked FiveM 
so if anyone has the same problem Uninstall antivirus or any program you think it’s blocked FiveM like AD Muncher.
