What proximity voice plugins are there?

I want to set up my first server and I am looking for a voicechat plugin or my own implementation without using teamspeak. If its a plugin, it should have the possibility to add different radiochannels as well as changes in the range of the voice.
On the other hand, how easy is it to use/implement gtas online voice chat/server?

GTA Online’s Voice Chat works perfectly with vMenu. I prefer pma-voice or mumble-voip though. pma-voice & mumble-voip both have in-game radio options with Ace Permissions that you can find online.
