So I just wanted to make sure a RP community is following the Terms of Service of FiveM, But then I found out that the ToS page doesn’t exist. Are they being updated or… What’s happening? Am I even using the correct link to begin with?

The page you showed is simply built into the forum software. That is not the actual FiveM terms of service. The actual TOS can be found at a link on the top of fivem.net
