What is the issue you’re having?
Basically this happens randomly, usually after I leave an apartment or even without doing it. But as shown in the video, everything starts flickering including players and cars, meaning I can not talk to players and my FPS goes super low. I hope my video attachment will help identify this issue. I am willing to pay for anyone to help me with this lmao.

What are you trying to do?
Just playing

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Bought RAM (32gb)
Bought a GPU (3070Ti)
Reinstalled GTA and FiveM
Updated drivers and windows
Using VPN (Proton VPN & Nord VPN)
Removing any mods
Restarting my IP
Adding FiveM to firewall
Changing any bit of in-game settings (including extended texture budget, etc)
Changing FiveM versions

Could you show what your packet loss % is when this is happening?

though I’m not sure if you can do this on the stable branch, if you can’t try switching to the Beta branch and trying.
