You can easily run it on your current FiveM server VPS. No need to purchase extra hosting or VPS for this.

Telling you the easiest way. Just make a folder in your XAMPP/htdocs with any name you want let us suppose sahil
Put all the website files in that folder and start your Apache server in your XAMPP application. After that you’ll be able to access your website globally with your ip/sahil. for example 109.168.21.1/sahil
You can also link this to your domain name if you want.
yes its fully responsive on pc, on the mobile its a bit buggy
