Website and/or Discord Text Overlay

Apologies for the stupid question… I see many servers using some type of overlay to display their website and/or Discord information in the top left of the screen. I searched but did not find a resource that does this - likely because of the generic term Discord.

Can anyone recommend a resource for displaying my website and possibly social media and discord in the top left corner (or customizable) portion of the screen?
