Was billed even after subscription was Cancelled

Hello, i recently cancelled my Patreon subscription for FiveM, but ive still been charged the $27.59 for the month of October, im not sure whether the cancellation hadn’t worked or gone through properly, but i definitely know that i went and cancelled it on my end, if i could please get a refund that would be great. Thank You

On the Patreon page, it states to contact the owner, or leaders of the patreon page. " You can message your creator on Patreon."

Although, Patreon manages the payments so in this case contacting them would be better.

Thank you for your reply, although i reached out to Patreon. They replied back stating i need to get in contact with FiveM directly as it is FiveMs decision or not whether i get the refund or not

Can you not click on the “message your creator on patreon” ?

I have and i have messaged them in there on the 1st of October, but they have not replied
