Want to create server Key but no ipv4 adress

So I wanted to create a home hosted test server.
I tried creating a key but my ipv6 adress doesnt work and I dont have a Ipv4 adress anymore.

Is there anything i can do?

It doesn’t matter what IP you put in the keymaster site, the IP is just for you to see what key is for what server etc
