It saves on both server and script restart.
Once the vehicle is stanced its settings will be saved even after script or server restart.

What does this script look for in the vehicle files to enter the menu? We have some cars that refuse to work in it. The menu wont even pop up. Its only a few random cars. (none of them are custom/ customization locked)
