VPS bat command not working

Every time I try to start up my server on my vps with a bat file I get errors telling me

That I am missing
MSVCP140.dll
VCRUNTIME140.dll
MSVCP140.dll
VCRUNTIME140.dll

Does anyone know what that means and does anyone have a fix?
