Voice chat issues

About five days ago me and my friend have been having voice chat issues. Voice chat will be turned on although it will not work. All of our settings are correct and our microphones work. We’ve tried everything and it came down to I believe it’s just a cfx issue that we can not fix. So please someone look into it!!
