picture shows that im talking in the bottom corner through vmenu but it does not show me who is talking and if im talking at the top

What did you do to get this issue?
i was using a vpn and then i turned it off and after that my game crashed for mumble after that restarted the game this problem started

none just windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

    When I Talk in a Server i Don’t See my self talk at the top and it does not show any other people when they talk it does not show they’re names but i can hear them talk and they can hear me talk

If the server is using VMENU make sure you have the voice chat setting set so you can see yourself talk.
