vMenu

I am also reviving this issue. I’ll let you know if I find a fix.

Hmmm… well, basically, vMenu is giving EVERYONE permission to do anything (even when it comes to banning), and i don’t know what to do. I’m using the latest version, already tried with old ones aswell (2.2). I did NOT change the permissions.cfg file, it’s the default one. This never happened before. I already tried to change all the options in that have the “builtin.everyone”, no luck. Can someone help me?
Thanks.

I’m receiving an issue with Zaphosting as well, as the alpine folders are being replaced or blocked when I load in. This is a real shame, I dearly hope this can be resolved. VMenu is a gem of an application. I’d have a hard time going on without it on my server.

My screen is flashing for everyplayer on the server when using vMenu.

same like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbIyUZaoBW8&feature=youtu.be

So i try to enable the devtools to show entity model but for some reason it doesn’t show up but I can enable show the Dimensions.

Any help ?

Same here. I’ve asked ZAP support, but they still didn’t replied. I really hope this issue is fixed soon.

So, this is different, but there was a modder on our server the other day, and a staff member went to ban them and was having alot of lag, they accidently banned the wrong person, but I cannot see the persons ban logged anywhere, I even tried adding it as a ban to bans.json, and it still didnt work, they are still banned and I cannot do anything about it, any way to fix this? I also dont see the full list of bans in the banned players on the actual menu in-game. I have already checked the bans.json and its nowhere to be found, any help is appreciated

Edit - Using the latest version 3.0.3

That happened to me, too! It became a large issue.

this is a screenshot of a supporter on zap hosting answering to my problem.
the problem is that zap hosting blocked us - the customers, from editing the alpine folder and after a single restart the alpine folder will be resetted. i asked them why and this is their response.
UNREAL

I’m really disappointed with this. What security could possibly be compromised from me editing my own server files? Sounds like an excuse.

vMenu is like one of the biggest part of my server. If I can’t use it because of “Security Reasons”, so what the bullshit is this hosting? I mean they are my files, I’m paying for it, to make server and make it better one. In the end i can’t do it. Everything was fine until like 2-3 days ago

I know! I feel you, it’s so crucial to my server. And this wouldn’t even be a problem if they just pushed an update to their servers. It’s a bit of a disaster for vMenu servers on zap.

We could potentially revert to version 2.2.2, it would be supported that way.

It’s one choice. But I would rather go with the newest one. I’m just going to wait maximum a week and look how it goes. If it goes bad way, I might need to use older one.

i did the 2.2.2 version and its ok now, but still dissapointed because of zap-hosting.
we are paying money for them and all they need to do is keep our server on-air.
the fact that they are touching the files on the server itself is very very not good.
i wrote them this:

i will keep updating you guys if they respond me back.
hope everyone will be ok for everyone soon, the solution for now is just install the 2.2.2 version from the “resources” section.

OwO

yes. thats a shame
i dont know why im paying them money for real.
do u guys know a better hosting company?

Well I was using [a blacklisted provider – removed by moderation] , but as I heard ZAP is most “compatible” with FiveM.
