Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Ive tried fully reinstalling FiveM, ive tried clearing cache but i still get a crash when sending messages/spawning vehicles with vMenu
