This keeps coming up when i try to load fivem client.

FiveM is NOT a virus as long as you download it from https://fivem.net/
only way to fix is to make an exception in windows defender if that is possible otherwise just turn it off
I think the new update today has fixed it
it has come back again after it was working and also comes up a virus
He told you what you need to do. Do this with any other anti-virus you have as well.
