Some small fixes that were taken care of since the launch last night. All changes are currently live as of the restart just now.
- Fixed the issue where you couldn't lockpick a vehicle. Error due to a conflict with the housing script.
- Pushed a fix to alleviate clothing spam in inventory.
- Fixed an error with the door-lock script
- Moved the plastic surgeon into a better location for people to utilize.

Thought I’d come down to the forum and just show my appreciation for Krash, JD and VirtualRP as a whole. I’ve only been apart of this community for a few days now but it is genuinely amazing, server managers Krash and JD are genuine, kind people who are willing to talk to you and don’t think they are above you, willing to hear your ideas and creativity. The server as a whole is great, from PD to criminal activities, everyone is fair and has a good mindset instead of just chasing Ws. I’m enjoying my time here and I definitely recommend that everybody checks this server out, as it is one of a kind

While Virtual Roleplay is churning its wheels and growing one of the best communities you could ever hope for, it felt wrong not to give this server an official launch like it deserved. While all progress from this point forward will still stick for the official launch we’re hoping to throw one awesome gathering with plenty of prizes, contests and games to be had.

Virtual Roleplay just had a massive update that changed not only some functionality in city but the visual look too, feeling like a brand new more immersive city. Entirely revamped the loading screen including but not limited to the new video. Adjusted the volume to be lower than the previous one as it was commonly said it was a bit loud.
Implemented multiple new MLOs to improve quality of life while playing in the city. A small change that will make the city feel fresh.
Removed the taxijob as the “DriveNow” app on the phone acts like an Uber request and is much more RP-Driven.
Repriced all of the vehicles to be in more balance with the economy and to make it more fair across the board.
Adjusted all of the police job ranks to allow for their new updated ranking structure.
Changed all locations for scripts to allow for the new MLO locations.
Revamped the multicharacter selection screen to something that was a bit more unique and loads with less issues.
Changed the “Third Eye” to a hand icon to allow people to refer to it as “grabbing something” instead of as a third eye for more of an immersive dialogue.
Revamped the UI hud. If you need to adjust sizing or placement of icons simply type /hud and you’ll get the ability to move everything around to your liking.
Total revamp of the San Andreas Medical Services including new vehicles, designs, clothing, rank structure and more. Much love given to the department that is currently underutilized.
Adjustments to the SASP & SAMS garages to facilitate the rank changes in the department.
Revamped the radial menu with a brand new UI version. All of the pre-existing options exist on this menu minus the clothing store which will now be prompting you to hit “E” when you enter the area in the store to open the menu.
Added a clothing system to support the slash commands to remove and take off clothing items as the old system was built into the radial menu that was removed.
Added replacement vehicle package for NPC vehicles to give the city a more lively feeling as it’ll be harder to differentiate between a local vehicle and a player vehicle.
Replacement of the store robbery script that was somewhat unreliable. This new script activates in a different way and has some inherent risk involved more-so than before. You’ll need to learn how to activate this in-city. This current version does not support the liquor store robberies so keep that in mind. These will be added soon.
Replacement of the shops script to coexist with the UI of the inventory system to give it a new fresh clean look.
Added a new hacking feature to the city that will be implemented by a business. You’ll have to learn how to access this in city!!
Virtual Roleplay is hosting it’s first ever official police academy tonight and there is still time to join in on the action! Come join the San Andreas State Police and help be a part of the structure that keeps the city streets safe. Our application takes less than five minutes, and all experienced or inexperienced are welcome to join!

We’re sorry you feel that way however the core of our server is near identical to the server that was ran over a year ago which you were even a part of yet, spoke highly of it then. Perhaps joining our Discord and complaining about how you were removed from other servers for being toxic about their economy system was a poor choice.
Perhaps when you were in our original iteration of the server you constantly exploiting game mechanics and being rather toxic to people who tried to assist you led to your removal of the Discord after we realized your attitude and demeanor had not changed.
So you can sit there and make your false claims, it won’t affect our community the way you think it will, and it just shows that we made the right choice in removing you.
You no longer have to wait for the announcement, as Virtual Roleplay will host a massive demolition derby at Maze Bank for it’s official opening party. This event is sponsored by JD Customs, Burgershot and Otto’s Mechanics! The event will have all of the vehicles supplied for all entrants for the first derby and you will be able to bring your own vehicle for the second derby. The prizes will be handed out to the contestant(s) after the event. Event will be catered by Burgershot with mechanics onsite to help keep the event running along from JD Customs & Otto’s Mechanics.
