So you are charging moneyu for a building placed in middle of the beach. Using Rockstars Apartments that been in game since 2013?

Yes. I modeled the entire building and the external structure and only adapted the interiors to match the building and be more optimized. What’s wrong with that? Am I just selling the interior? It’s part of the building’s design. 
I couldn’t agree with them more. You made a building and put it in the worst place on the entire map. Then you put in stock maps. It’s like you gave up halfway. I can’t imagine anybody wanting to pay for something that looks like a newbie made. I’ve bought some of your maps, so take this from a customer. I’ve also had your subscription and honestly if this is the kind of things you are releasing I’d be upset and cancel the subscription immediately. I appreciate you putting the work in but to charge for something like this…

I accept criticism. If you don’t like it, don’t buy it.
Now, belittling the work of someone who is trying to make a living from it is not cool at all. Think about it.
Incredible initiative, making a building is not as simple as it seems, regarding the place that the building is positioned just keep an eye on whether everyone who buys it likes it, if not, what you can do is “demolish” one of the sheds on the side of the road and place the building there, so you keep all your work done and the building can look better positioned, but continue with your projects they are very cool
