Very frustrating error in fivem, Can someone help me?

Hi guys, I’m trying to log into an roleplay server but the resource download rate is 0.01~0.10mbps It downloads some files very slowly and then it starts to mount the files and in the end it shows this error It is only on this specific server that this is showing up, can someone help me? I would be very grateful.

GTA V version: epic games i just installed
Up to date: yes, i guess
Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: epic games free
Windows version: 10_64x
Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? this file is not in my fivem folder
System specifications: i5 2310, 8gb ram, gtx 550ti

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? windows defender
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i use only windows defender

What are you trying to do? I tried delete the cache folders, reinstall fivem, restart my pc

What did you do to get this issue? I once managed to log into the server, but when I cleared the fivem cache the error came back.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful! Cidade Alta (Brazillian)

This work for me

delete fivem cache

cmd w/ adm

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

open fivem. wait the uptade and before try join in server.

Too I disabled the firewall, i dont know what exacly help me. But still working!
